Just more proof that sushi does not equal raw fish, I was in Fukuoka last weekend and my friend’s mom took us to a good kaiten sushi place and on the menu they had this:

What are each of the pieces made of? i assume teh green stuff is seaweed and the white stuff ont he bottom might be rice. but i dont know the rest.
I’m guessing that the white stuff on top is mayo.

創作料理の類は値段が高いばかりで、
食って美味かったためしがない。
かなりセンスの無い寿司。見た目は笑える。しかし！ただのっけてみました感が、たまらなく安易すぎる。単純な味が連想しやすくてつまらない。家で実験的に作る料理でなにも店で出すものじゃない気がします。単なるウケ狙いの寿司。みんなの味覚大丈夫か！！！（笑）
