If you want Vietnamese food you could probably do better than here.

I don't mean to be mean. This place isn't *bad* per se, it's just not good. Maybe I'm expecting something different from having eating lots of Vietnamese food in Orange County but my impression was the food had been blanded down for Japanese palettes.

If that's your thing it's in the Shiodome complex.
