So I was checking out the Super Bowl Commercials at Adcritic and I saw that they have a plea for funds up. It appears that they can't afford to stream all that video on banner ads alone. For now they are saying that if you are a business (I guess like an ad agency) you have to pay. If you are not a business then they are asking for donations.
