Hodori Restaurant: The 24 hour Korean place

It’s surprising how few 24 places there are on Los Angeles considering it is Los Angeles, one of the biggest cities int he world.  But there are a few.  This is a great one because the food is great and cheap.  It’s on the Southwest corner of Vermont and Olympic.  If you go any time around dinner there will be no parking as there are like 20 shops in that strip mall and maybe only 50 spaces.

Try the Tol Suk Bi Bim Bap or the Bulgogi for starters.

HODORI Restaurant is the best food in the world, it beats any korean restaurant in that town. So cheap and when your out late with your friends perfect place to chat and chow down with great service.

    korean delight

I can associate hodori with christian ministry. There was a night i saw a myriad of ucla korean christian ministry students…they all must die. the korean culture is ok, until you perpetuate its religion onto me. then you can just fuck yourself and die like a little bitch. so, hodori will be forever tainted in my eyes because of this nasty and perverse christian revolution they call god.

    Hey Mr. anonymous!

I have hard time believing you were at a resturant and they just out of the blue started talking about god. or some believes. It sounds like you need anger managment classes. but i could be wrong. and one more thing if your going to talk this way on here i will report you and you will get arrested. try it again and see what happens. I promise you this is not a place to talk tis way or i will have you arrested. is that

    My Response to notgreggman

    Mr. notgreggman,

This is “Mr. anonymous” again. The last time I heard, the First Amendment clearly states that I can exercise free speech. So, unless I have made a THREAT against you (or anybody, for that matter), you can go ahead and pretend in your little world that you can have me arrested. In simple english, you can’t do shit. Let me put it in simpler terms: you can’t arrest me for the rouge and harsh words that I decide to fucking use. Tell me where I made an EXPLICIT threat, and then we can talk. Otherwise, you should go back into the little place you crawled out of before you make such a stupid remark. Review our nation’s laws regarding free speech before you come to the table with that bullshit. And one more thing: DON’T YOU FUCKING DARE CONFUSE ANGER WITH A HEATED, OPINIONATED STATEMENT. I am entitled to my opinion (and you fucking know I’m right). And here’s another opinion you’ll surely enjoy: FUCK THE CHRISTIAN COALITION AND THEIR PERVERSE RELIGION. SEIG HEIL!

And in your petty skewed words: is that.

P.S. You forgot the word “that” before “is that.” Come correct before you post something to the Internet. Learn how to spell.

NASTY FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! SHADY WORKERS!!!

OKOK. I’ve had food here once and I totally got grossed out (went there like a few weeks ago). I have to say that this is THE WORSE KOREAN FOOD EVER! I saw this woman working in the back, stick her FINGER in there and taste the food she was making!!! DISGUSTING!!! onyl reason they are famous was because the are open late and it’s not that expensive. This place USE to be good but it’s crap now. I think they changed management recently. Don’t go here. Also found a ROACH in the bathroom!!! EEEWWW!!! Even the next door people, NAKWON is better. GO TO NAKWON! You’ll regret it if you go here. Trust me.

a lot of better places in Los Angeles

Anyone living in Los Angeles knows that there are a lot of better places to eat at.  Hodori is a landmark.  I agree.  But it’s a landmark because it’s open all night long and because of the name.  Also the kids love going there at 2 am.  If you’re looking for GOOD food though, you can find a handful of them out there.  Just open the Korean yellow pages or search online.
