From the Museum of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA
One day I found myself in the South exit of Shinjuku station and the
lighting was just perfect. I quickly caught it on my camera. I'm
not
sure it impression comes across. Obviously at the station the view was
almost 180 degrees. A very large view. Please look at the bigger
picture. It almost seemed hyper−real or like a painting or
something out
of a movie.
This started as a picture of the hills near JPL in Pasadena. I
liked the hills in the haze and the silhouettes they made but the picture
itself
didn't really work so I thought I'd play with it in photoshop and see if I
could
make something out of it.
